WolfJets Ltd – Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: April 2, 2025

    1.    Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of WolfJets Ltd’s services, including private jet charters, the WolfJets Elevate Card membership, luxury villa bookings, and other associated services. By entering into a contract with WolfJets Ltd, you agree to these terms.

    2.    Scope of Services

WolfJets Ltd provides luxury travel services, including private jet charters, membership plans, exclusive access to luxury villas, and discounts with our partners. These services are subject to availability and terms outlined herein.

    3.    Eligibility and Booking Restrictions

•⁠  ⁠Minimum Age for Booking: To book any services with us, the individual must be 18 years old or older.

•⁠  ⁠Minimum Age for Passengers: There is no minimum age for passengers. However, any passenger under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult unless prior arrangements are made with us.

•⁠  ⁠Elevate Card Membership: Only members who hold a WolfJets Elevate Card are eligible for access to our luxury villas, discounts, and partner services. All clients who charter a flight with WolfJets are automatically added to the membership program.

    4.    Availability of Services

Our services are available worldwide. However, availability may be subject to demand and scheduling constraints. In certain circumstances, we may need to arrange services through our trusted third-party providers. We strive to meet all requests but cannot guarantee availability until confirmed by WolfJets Ltd.

    5.    Service Confirmation

Flights, bookings, and membership benefits are not guaranteed until confirmed by us. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation via email or phone.

    6.    Payment Terms

•⁠  ⁠Payment for Membership: Monthly membership fees for the WolfJets Elevate Card are due on the 1st of each month. Membership continues until cancelled by the user in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined in section 8.

•⁠  ⁠Payment for Jet Charter Services: All payments for jet charters must be made in full at the time of booking. Failure to remit payment will result in cancellation of the booking. In accordance with The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, no service is confirmed until payment has been processed.

    7.    Refund Policy

In line with The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, cancellations must be made within the timeframes specified below to be eligible for a refund:

•⁠  ⁠Same-Day Cancellations: No refund will be issued.

•⁠  ⁠One Day Prior to Departure: 25% of the service fee will be refunded.

•⁠  ⁠Two Days Prior to Departure: 50% of the service fee will be refunded.

•⁠  ⁠No Shows: No refund will be issued. A £500 charge will apply unless we are notified in advance of the cancellation.

 

Please submit cancellations in writing via email to [email address] or in writing to [company address]. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within [x] business days.

    8.    Force Majeure

WolfJets Ltd is not liable for any failure or delay in providing services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

•⁠  ⁠Natural disasters (earthquakes, storms, etc.)

•⁠  ⁠Political instability or civil unrest

•⁠  ⁠Airport closures or travel restrictions

•⁠  ⁠Acts of terrorism, war, or pandemics

•⁠  ⁠Mechanical failures or technical issues with aircraft

•⁠  ⁠Any other unforeseen circumstances

 

In these cases, we will work diligently to provide an alternative solution, but we are not responsible for delays or cancellations resulting from these external factors.

    9.    Cancellation Policy

If you cancel a booking, please adhere to the following guidelines:

•⁠  ⁠Same-Day Cancellations: No refunds will be issued.

•⁠  ⁠One Day Prior to Departure: A 25% refund will be issued.

•⁠  ⁠Two Days Prior to Departure: A 50% refund will be issued.

•⁠  ⁠No Show: No refund will be issued. A £500 charge will apply unless we are notified in advance of the cancellation.

 

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within [x] business days.

    10.    User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

•⁠  ⁠Respectful Conduct: All clients and passengers must behave in a respectful and lawful manner while using our services. Any inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to harassment, intoxication, or disruptive actions, will result in immediate termination of the service.

•⁠  ⁠Prohibited Activities: Clients are prohibited from engaging in illegal activities, carrying prohibited items (e.g., firearms, illegal substances), or creating disturbances during any WolfJets service. Violation of these rules will result in termination of service without refund and potential legal action.

    11.    Partner Services

While WolfJets Ltd collaborates with trusted third-party providers (e.g., luxury hotels, flight operators, etc.), we are not responsible for the actions or failures of these partners. Each partner has its own terms and conditions, and we encourage you to review them before using their services.

    12.    Limitation of Liability

WolfJets Ltd will make reasonable efforts to provide high-quality service, but we will not be liable for:

•⁠  ⁠Any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.

•⁠  ⁠Delays or cancellations caused by external factors such as weather, mechanical issues, or acts of force majeure.

•⁠  ⁠Any damage or loss incurred due to passenger behavior or actions.

 

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service that directly caused the loss.

    13.    Ownership of Content

All content, including but not limited to text, logos, graphics, images, videos, and any other materials on the WolfJets Ltd website, is the property of WolfJets Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of our content without explicit permission.

    14.    Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, unless you are a consumer, in which case you may be entitled to resolve disputes in the courts of your country of residence.
